I provide heart-centered therapy to individuals and couples in the Salem/Mid-Valley Region of Oregon. I love my work and feel passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. My speciality is working with new parents coping with postpartum stressors and mental health issues. I also work with clients facing a variety of common concerns such as low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship conflict.

I believe all people have the ability to overcome difficult obstacles in their lives and move toward a state of health. I see each person as an expert in their own life and work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness and connect them to their capacity for inner guidance.

Maternal Mental Health

Parenting is one of the most challenging experiences we face in our lives. It can be a source of both our deepest joy and most painful suffering. The process of becoming a new parent is permanently life-altering and can challenge us in ways we never predicted. Whether you're experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety or more mild growing pains associated with becoming a parent, help is available.

Mother Heart Musings

This is a blog about my personal process through the inevitable joys and struggles of motherhood, including the tools and ideas that help me navigate through it. It's my hope that my personal experiences and lessons learned may be a source of connection, a way to normalize your experience and to provide support.

In order for therapy to be helpful and effective it’s important for you to feel safe and connected to your therapist. I recommend you take a few minutes to peruse my website to get a sense of whether or not I might be a good fit for you. Our initial consultation session is another great opportunity to determine if I’m the right therapist for you.
